PrésentationPendant la crise sanitaire COVID19, nous sommes à votre disposition pour mettre en place un suivi en téléconsultation. Nous restons ouverts pour les soins en présentiel. Nous proposons un soutien et accompagnement, thérapies brèves d’approches cognitives et comportementales, remédiation et entraînement cognitif (psychoingénierie), mindfulness à Draveil, dans le département de l’Essonne. Les thérapies comportementale et cognitives sont des thérapies validées scientifiquement. Les TCC s’appliquent : – aux troubles anxieux, Elles peuvent aussi solutionner les troubles du sommeil, les addictions, les troubles de la personnalité et certains aspects des troubles psychotiques. Notre approche est centrée sur les besoins du patient. Notre objectif est d’atteindre des résultats rapidement et efficacement, tout en accompagnant l’évolution de la personne vers le mieux-être (car le changement n’est pas toujours simple ou confortable). Notre équipe pluridisciplinaire regroupe des chercheurs, des psychologues et des ingénieurs, avec une expertise reconnues en psychothérapie.
